Homer Skelton Ford needs to fill Multiple INTERNET SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS!

REQUIREMENTS- Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Those with experience in the military, financial services, mortgage, restaurant, and customer service industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to the Automotive industry. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals have proven to succeed in this new position.

ABOUT US- Homer Skelton Ford is a no-haggle, fixed pricing, high volume dealership. What does that mean to you? Do not worry about having to negotiate with customers or fight. We research and reprice our vehicles daily to make sure we present our best deal online and on the lot every time. Customers leave us knowing they got a good deal and had a great experience.

PAY- We are so confident that you will succeed with us we are offering a $3000 per month salary, even while in training! After training, this will be your MINIMUM pay, and you’ll also receive volume bonuses on sales and customer satisfaction scores.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT- Every one of our sales representatives is given an iPad upon completing training, and this is used on the car lot to assist customers. You will not have to run back and forth to get the information you need to sell a vehicle. We also have a one-of-a-kind salesperson branding tool that allows our salespeople to stay top-of-mind with potential customers online, creating leads and referrals that make you money. You’ll get be provided a personal website, personal Digital Business Card, Referral technology, and a complete engagement platform to help you assist customers.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
• Send videos and information to leads from our internet department
• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
• Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
• Understand and implement dealership Ipad sales process
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
